This project provides a Windows package with smart card related software. Included are OpenSC, OpenSSL, and Putty with smart card patches. To get started, download and install the bundle. Then, open the Start menu, click on Run, type in "CMD" to open a command line terminal. Change the directory to the installation directory of the smart card bundle.
